The Proficiency Level serves as a measure of students’ mastery and competency in various subject areas. It categorizes learners based on their performance, ranging from Beginning, where students require significant support, to Advanced, where they demonstrate exceptional mastery and independent application of skills. The five proficiency levels, Beginning, Developing, Approaching Proficiency, Proficient, and Advanced, help assess learning progress and guide instructional strategies to meet students' needs effectively. This classification ensures that interventions and enrichment programs are aligned with learners’ abilities, fostering continuous academic growth.
